So I took a 45 mile trip with my rig to house sit
for a friend. Apon arriving power to the RV died.
I opened the fuse panel below the sink and started
checking the connections. When I wiggled the positive wire power came back on. I got a screwdriver and checked all the terminals. When I pushed in on the terminals or pushed in on the fuse panel itself I had power, when I let go I lost power. Any thoughts?

Something is definitely loose in there. Each connection should be torqued to specification every once a while since the rig vibrates more than a house in California.
I will try to redo all the connection on both the AC and DC portion of the panel, and if I want to have a better peace of mind, I may get a replacement. Is the power lost the DC I assume? If it has nothing to do with the AC portion (I would torque the connections there too), I may want to replace the converter/charger with a new unit that will come with a new DC panel. There are a few threads about the Progressive Dynamics PD4645 on the forum, so you can do a search if you still not satisfy after you tighten up the connections.

So the mystery continues. I go out to work on the fuse
panel this morning. I take out the 2 screws that hold the
fuse circuit board to the housing and check for anything
loose. Everything looks good, I switch on the power and
everything works. I push and wiggle the board and the
power stays on. I'm baffled. Last night the power wouldn't stay on and now it seems to be fine. I did have
the fridge running on DC when I was going down the road yesterday. That is the first time I've done that. Maybe
the circuit board has a feature where it shuts down
if it gets too hot? Any thoughts?

I hate this when things are not repeatable.
No, the Parallex board is pretty basic, and there is no thermo protection or anything like that. It is either a bad/loose connection, or it was your LVD cut your power due to the low voltage, but you should heard a buzzer.
