Interesting easy clever remodel for club lounge
I love the easy system over the club chair base cabinet.

Re: Interesting easy clever remodel for club lounge
In case anyone is wondering, they basically made an easy twin bed model from a club lounge. One mattress is on the stock couch base frame (flush with the fold down storage door), and the other is over the club bases, sans chairs (must be on a board). That one overhangs the bases into the aisle somewhat. Based on the above I'd say the two mattresses are likely each around 28" wide or so.

Yes...that's the one
I find the simple "no destruction" idea fantastic. I will certainly try & copy it.
Furthermore you can still have a dinette if needed.
Most remodels imply dismantling & lots of work. This one could be done by anybody in a afternoon
I wonder who will pay 50 G for it though

I've also seen a simple mod turning the club bases into a mini dinette -- then one could make the table part drop down into a narrowish bed. Also has the advantage of the seats not (necessarily) being as high as the club chair seats (which can be kind of high depending on a person's leg length).

That's great! Thanks for posting. I also like the idea of minimal destruction; however, currently, all of our furniture is in our shed while we await new flooring. We really think twin beds are the way to go.

St. Tropez,
Here are some photos I saved awhile ago of a dinette made from the stock club lounge base boxes plus some cushions:

Thanks for posting those pics...worth a thousand words
Re: Interesting easy clever remodel for club lounge
And although it's not a four-person dinette, you also don't end up with the super narrow aisle.
