Utility door hinges

Can anyone tell me where to find replacement utility door hinges? They no longer hold the door up and out of the way when I'm trying to connect or disconnect the utilities. Or is there anything that can be done to refurbish the existing hinges?
Any help is appreciated.

According to the Parts List in Reference Materials, the original supplier was BLUM HINGES. They're still in biz and have a website, blum.com.
and...Blum Hinges on Amazon and at Lowe's both have a huge selection.
