DUOTHERM A/C NOT WORKING

I recently replaced the roof gasket on my Duotherm A/C and now my unit will not come on. I am getting DC voltage to the leads to the control panel, but no led lights on the control panel. That makes me think that the problem with my a/c not working is in the control panel circuit board. I am also getting ac voltage to the unit so I don't think my problem is lack of DC nor AC voltage.
As I mentioned, my a/c is a Duotherm Penguin model #600315321, the control panel circuit board is a Dometic part # 3105356.004. I have attached pictures of the circuit board. If anyone happens to have one laying around, or know where I could get one, I'd appreciate your letting me know.
