Let's talk toilets!
Anyone considered retrofitting a composting toilet in their Chinook bathroom? Lots of youtube videos on the benefits for RV's. The European "caravaners" seem to be the leaders in design. Pros... cons?

Based on some cursory investigation a couple months ago, I guess it would go like this:
Pro
You can expand your grey capacity by connecting it to the no-longer-needed black tank
You don’t need to dump a black tank
I guess it’s “greener” (the waste is supposedly just like soil and not as toxic as black sewage)
Doesn’t use water
Con
Expensive (~$1000)
Needs constant 12V, although not much of a draw
You still have to dump “something”
They’re pretty large
I don’t know how they’d work in our wet head while showering. Might have to stick it in the hallway?
You'd have to cut a hole for venting and run power, so there's some installation work involved
