Sienna Seats in Chinook

Out of total curiosity, what are you seeking/getting from this swap out of the seats and mount brackets. I'm wondering and watching - always looking for good ideas...
Comfort, adjustability, height, swivel, leather? What are the gains, for you, that have this mod going down?

I would love to have a way to turn the front seat 180 deg and still as comfortable as the Flexsteel one we have in our rig. Don't know if that is what Doug is after.

No, im not really concerned with a swivel feature. My flexsteels are starting to tear threw on the butt cushion from the dogs feet. I would just try to order covers and have them redone but for me they are just to big and bulky of a seat. They make it difficult to transition from the front seat into the living quarters because they are so wide. The Sienna seats are slightly narrower which should make it easier to tranition from front to back. Plus i think they look better. Plus i am building the adapters myself so i dont care to spend the extra time trying to make a swivel base for the passenger.

I assume you sat on the Sienna already? For some people, the narrow seat make it uncomfortable with the two vertical "hugging" wings is digging into the back. For normal built body, it is not an issue. Definitely the Japanese did not design the seat for the Sumo wrestlers.
