Assuming you aren't solely reliant on the chinook.. What else do you drive? (Something with better mpg I hope.. I mean.. Could it be worse? ;))

2006 Dodge Ram 250 diesel and 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel

We hope the Chinook sitting on the Ford V10 lives up to our Dodges.

I traded in my pickup to get the money for the Chinook. So besides my company car I only have a Goldwing motorcycle.

A Honda Fit at close to 40 mpg, helps with the about 10 mpg on the Chinook. Both are great vehicles, a highly recommended combo.

Do you tow the fit with the chinook? Trailer?

Not a tow combo, just to own :) The Honda Fit is a 2015 and the salesman made a point of it not being towable 4-down. I think that's just the CVT models, that others can be towed. The short body would make it a good toad but I'm still barely comfortable with 21', not ready to try towing.

Nice.. I'm actually not a Subaru fan, but really like that one. Do you tow it behind?
Been hangin around California lately, so I keep thinking about an ev or plug in hybrid. 9-10mpg makes me feel bad about the environment and all that..

Sweet! A friend of mine has a Forester toad and I've driven it a few times. Very comfortable car and love driving the 6-speed manual. Decent ground clearance too, for a regular type car. The Crosstrek must be a blast to drive, and comfortable too. I'll have to put one on my Christmas list
