Suggestions for Arkansas?

We're planning a trip up into Arkansas this fall (mid-November). We'll have most of two weeks to explore. Hoping for decent weather, but with my luck, we'll freeze

Any favorite places that are just not to be missed? Hidden gems? Things to avoid?

We like camping in parks, lots of lazing around, setting things on fire (safely). Easy hikes under 5 miles. Caves. Geology in general. Waterfalls. Vistas. History. Arts and crafts. Food.

Ouachita Mountain Drive! About 25 years ago we drove it from west to east on a cross-country trip (so that's about all we did in Arkansas as we were mostly just passing through) and we thought it was pretty cool. I remember it follows a ridge top but the unusual thing is that the ridge runs east/west, and as a result each side of the road (north/south) has a somewhat different ecosystem.

(I just looked it up and I see it is officially called Talimena Scenic Drive.)
