This guy did an amazing remodel. He doesn't conver what he did with the beds, but I'm going to have to redo mine soon. The current jack knife/dinnette just doesn't cut it for me.
Wish there was someone I could pay to redo mine. I probably can, and will have to, do it.. But would rather pay for it.

Nice job! Love the slide out table/feet things to provide a variety of support base options.

Personally I love the dinette. I like having a dining spot for meals, a work space to do writing and laptop things, and then knocking it down into a California King bed at night. There is a lot of storage in the Concourse and we know how to use it. Much more storage than I'd expect to have in a 21 foot home. My wife and I spend 3 weeks traveling at a time and we have always been comfortable with the space and storage. But I've seen a few owners that have converted a dinette model into a lounge model or move to custom like the above so each persons home needs to be what they desire it to be.

I'm a fan of the dinette too. It reminds me of a 50's diner booth and I'm tempted to find a small, table jukebox and mount it by the wall.

That isn't mine, just a guy that's selling his rig. I don't like the jack knife bed and need a place to put my shoes/boots. Right now I have 3-4 inches of memory foam that doesn't roll up well. I need that much thickness to deal with the jack knife bed. Currently I just jam it into the dinette area and its starting to break stuff on the table.
Thoughts?

Come on, Manitou. You know better than to post a sideways photo! Leather, aren't you fancy. Did yours have the optional tile floor or the carpet? Mine is cloth upholstery which I like for breathability although with coach air conditioning leather would be nice too.

I dump my shoes and boots into the well in the closet. Some people stow a bed pad in the space behind the jack knife back.

Are you using only the jack knife couch to sleep or have you tried the king bed? If you've tried the kind bed have you tried sleeping with you head on the curb and street sides in order to get different feels?

Well argh, it looks like my long post about how I re-did the couch/bed in my Concourse disappeared? If so, it's going to take me some "recovery time" to get up the gumption to re-write it. Should have saved a draft I guess!

I think I have too many shoes or they are too big for that well. Besides.. Where would I put my change jar and dirty clothes bag? It's tough living in this rig.

To me the photo looks like it is rotated 90 degrees from reality? More importantly, how do you attach photos? I see the "Img" button for hosted linked photos but yours above looked attached.

^^^ Never mind! I see it now below the Submit button for the text box. Guess I never scrolled down far enough. I'll have to test that out as a picture is worth a thousand words as they say so photos will be that much more helpful to show details.

Just make sure they're not sideways...
