Suburban furnace operating

I am prepping for re-install of the furnace now. I removed the metal ring flexible kinda rubber plastic ducting hose for the four inch ducts and a plastic 2in hose for the duct that runs over by the fridge. Can I use aluminum dryer flexible ducting or should I try to source the rubber/plastic flexible hose for the furnace?
